Is he cheating?

Okay so I went down to Tucson today to see George. Everything was WONDERFUL until we went back to his apartment, and started to mess around. Now mind you it has been 2 1/2 months since we had done anything...and since I had done anything with anybody. I am not so sure that is the case where it concerns him. I had brought condoms with me...thinking back to when he was up here a few months ago, and neither of us had any...VERY FRUSTRATING. Well I guess he had some (which he did not when he moved down there because we used the last one right before he moved) even though I have not been down there since he moved down there until today. WEll he had some, opened, and the individual wrappers were not connected as they are when you first get them and open them...so now my question to all of my LJ friends...Is he cheating?or Am I worried over nothing. Please respond.
